1. Material Size:Hench Iron Doors are made of 12 gauge steel with Iron scrollwork by 5/9" solid iron.

All iron construction is to make sure your entry door is strong and durable to stand the

test of time.

2. Glass Window:

a. Each entry door we can glass panel fixed ,clear glass+opaque glass ,easy cleanning.

b.Each entry door includes double panel insulated glass window that open in-dependently.

This feature allows for ventilation, easy access for cleaning, and the safety to keep the

visitor outside who the homeowner is talking to.

3. Iron Door process:

Loft---Assemble---Descaling---Coarse Grinding---Sand blasting, Zinc spray---Door Adjust---Base paint--- Coats filler & Fine Grinding---Hand fauxing with baked on satin overcoat to protect finish- Face paint.

Make the entry door is maintenance-free, and the color hardly fade.

4. Door Jamb:

Doorframes are square and leveled before the luxurious ball bearings hinges are

positioned and welded thereby ensuring a smooth operation of the door.

5. Sealed with weather stripping and injected with foam:

To conserve energy and eliminate wind drafts, the iron door is sealed with weather

stripping,and the entire door is injected with polyurethane & perlite insulation.

6.Welding:

Most welding is performed from the inside in order not to alter smooth finish line.

7.Threshold:

Thickness: 1"(30mm)

Wrought iron threshold slopes down making sure water is flowing away outside, main-taining frame integrity during shipping and installation.

8.Lock and handle:

Be optional.

The pre-drilled holes are compatible with most hardware.

Pre hung with installed flush bolts.

9. Color:

Supply color cards,pls check the attached picture;can be tailor-made.
